Janet Boyle

 
Janet loves to start riders from the very beginning. Whether they are children or adults, she enjoys introducing people to the wonderful world of horses and horseback riding.

Janet is a retired school teacher with 30 years of teaching experience, and has a special gift with children. She is also a lifetime horsewoman,
and has ridden and shown horses for 50 years. 
 
Janet can teach you the basics and prepare you to go on to more advanced training. She accepts riders from 5 years old to . . .any age!

Mellissa Granzier
 












 

 
Mellissa has 12 years of experience teaching lessons and training horses at several prominent equine facilities in our area. She has over 15 years experience in national competition on both young prospects and seasoned show horses.

Mellissa is accomplished at eventing through Preliminary level, and has shown in Dressage through the Prix St. George. She has also competed at the Quarter Horse Congress.   Her memberships have included USEF, USEA, USDF, & AQHA. 
 
Mellissa offers lessons in jumping, dressage, and basic equitation improvement. Students of all ages and levels of experience are welcome to contact Mellissa by e-mail or phone.

Loreen Cobb
  

Training Objective:  To enrich both horse and rider through classical Dressage training.

Loreen began riding at the age of 12 showing hunters both under saddle and over fences.  At age 17 she began dressage and eventing training with Jeff Taylor.  Loreen has evented through Preliminary Level competing in Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.  At age 19 she began teaching and has been teaching for 26 years focusing on dressage.  Loreen currently teaches independently at several local equine facilities in the Cleveland, Ohio area and has students showing successfully through Second Level.  She has extensive experience in dressage, hunters/jumpers, and eventing.  Throughout her life Loreen has taken lessons with local dressage instructors in the Columbus and Northeast Ohio area.  She rode weekly with Lisa Noble when she moved to Northeast Ohio.

Loreen has ridden in clinics with accomplished and prestigious trainers such as: Dagmar Zimmerman, USDF “R” Judge and International rider and trainer; Major Jeremy Beal, Master Jumping and Dressage rider and trainer; Joanne White, USDF “L” Judge, Bronze, Silver and Gold Medalist, and trainer.  She has also audited many clinics with accomplished and prestigious trainers such as but not limited to: Jan Ebeling, Pan American Gold Medalist, Olympic Hopeful; George Williams USEF Dressage Team Veteran, President of the United States Dressage Association; Jane Savoie, US Olympic Rider, US Olympic Coach, and sports psychology author.
